This organic quinoa flour is high in both protein and fibre from finely ground grains. With a nutty flavour, it is great for adding to pancakes and biscuits. Quinoa flour has a higher absorbency rate so when used as a substitute in recipes, more moisture may be needed. When baking cakes or bread you may need to add another high gluten flour in conjunction with quinoa to help it rise.
