White rice flour is a finely milled white flour made from finely ground, polished white rice. It has a creamy white colour and is easy to digest. Made from the inner part of the grain, this is a gluten-free rice flour that is also high in protein and contains calcium, iron, insoluble fibres and vitamins B1 and B2. It is commonly used as a thickening base for sauces, pasta, noodles and pizza bases.
